Questions procurement teams ask us
What's the minimum order quantity? +
50 units for the Essential Box and Signature Hamper, and 25 for the Premium Celebration Hamper. If you're just below, tell us anyway — we'll see what's possible.
How far in advance should we order before a festival? +
For Diwali we recommend confirming 3-4 weeks ahead, and 2-3 weeks for Christmas and New Year. Everything is baked to order in small batches, and branded packaging needs print lead time.
Can we put our logo on the boxes? +
Yes. We add your logo to the sleeve and lid, and can include a branded gift card. Share your artwork and we'll send a mock-up before printing.
Can we taste the cookies before committing to a bulk order? +
Yes — we send a sample box so your team can taste the flavours before you sign off. Mention it in the form and we'll include it in your quote.
What are the payment terms? +
Typically a part advance to confirm production and the balance before dispatch. We can work with your procurement process and provide a GST invoice.
How healthy are these, really? +
They're cookies — made honestly. We bake with 100% stone-ground wholewheat and millet flours, no refined sugar and no preservatives, and we list every ingredient on the pack. Vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options are available. No miracle claims, just better ingredients.
