Refunds And Cancellations

At The Baking Genie, We put love into every jar, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 Hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the courier cannot be canceled.
- Since cookies are perishable, cancellations or returns after shipping are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect product received.
- Product not matching the description.
- If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos at hello@thebakinggenie.com.
- Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the error is ours.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment gateway.
