Refunds And Cancellations

At The Baking Genie, We put love into every jar, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 Hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the courier cannot be canceled.
  • Since cookies are perishable, cancellations or returns after shipping are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • Damaged or defective products.
    • Incorrect product received.
    • Product not matching the description.
  • If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos at hello@thebakinggenie.com.
  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the error is ours.
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment gateway.
